A new Village way of life comes to Chippenham

The exciting new development, The Fairways Retirement Village, situated on Malmesbury Road, Chippenham is steaming ahead.  Works commenced on site in December 2011 by Developer Freeman Retirement Living which is a division of the M F Freeman Group, in partnership with MHA, the national charity providing accommodation, care and support services to 15,000 older people and is set to be a tremendous asset to the area.   

As well as offering a development that  promises a safe place where older people, including those with dementia, we have developed a new social community scheme; Friends of the Fairways.

Exclusive to residents of the Fairways, Friends of the Fairways allows the residents to meet up once a month for a variety of social events. From historical talks, to cinema classics, there is something for everyone.
