Gloucestershire property developer Freeman Homes has published the latest issue of Lifestyle magazine. The publication, which is produceSubscribe to Lifestyle magazined three times a year, celebrates the very best that Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, the Cotswolds, Forest of Dean, Wye Valley and surrounding areas have to offer. Featuring sought-after creations by local artists and artisans, and brimming with inspiration for weekend exploring and dining out, much of the content is written by Freeman Homes’ in-house marketing team, who talk from first-hand experience of places they have visited and activities they have participated in in the area. Lifestyle also includes top tips from experts on the subjects of architecture, finance, property, interior design and wellbeing.

As a not-for-profit magazine produced by a property developer, Lifestyle fills a unique position in the consumer publications market. Freeman Homes’ Joint CEO Luke Freeman explains: “Freeman Homes is a family business and as such we are passionate about the area we live and operate in. We build homes in places we love and in locations we know our customers will love too. Gloucestershire and Herefordshire are beautiful counties with much to offer. We want to shout out and tell people how great the region is. We also want to support other local companies and independent businesses which is why we feature so many of them in our magazine. Lifestyle promotes the areas we operate in. Freeman Homes doesn’t just sell homes, we sell the lifestyle that can come with living in this part of the country.”

Lifestyle has a circulation of over 20,000 print copies per issue. It is distributed as an insert within popular regional magazine Cotswold Life, and to a wide range of hotels, restaurants, cafes, leisure facilities and entertainment venues across Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and beyond.
