Forest of Dean property developer Freeman Homes has been awarded Best Residential Development at the prestigious 2017 UK International Property Awards.
A black-tie ceremony on 27th October hosted by the Royal Lancaster London saw Freeman Homes pick up the coveted five-star award for its Northleach development.
Situated on the eastern fringe of the popular market town, The Westwoods – a bespoke development of 35 three and four-bedroom properties, and Westcombe Place – a collection of exclusive five-bedroom homes overlooking open countryside – feature Cotswold stone detailing, slate roofs and timber windows that echo the region’s architecture.
Freeman Homes’ Joint CEO, Luke Freeman said, “We’re delighted to have won the ‘Best Residential Development’ award for the second year running. Our development in Llangrove, near Ross-on-Wye won the award in 2016 so it is fantastic that once again the quality of our designs and workmanship has been recognised at national level. Freeman Homes’ reputation is based on delivering high quality, individual homes in beautiful locations. We offer a rare alternative to today’s volume, mass market developments so we’re delighted that the judges have acknowledged our innovative building style.”
The UK Property Awards are the largest, most widely-recognised awards programme in the UK and celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating within the property sector. Judged by an independent panel of 70 industry experts, businesses are awarded according to design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.
